AMAZING!!! I came in to Movement Redefined several months ago for PT as a result of a car accident. Now I am completely addicted to this place. Staff is extremely nice, very knowledgeable, with unbelievable customer service. Everyone is professional, attentive, accommodating. They work with your schedule, send you text reminders, never overbook, provide a very personable experience. Kenny has MAGIC hands!!! Cannot recommend Movement Redefined highly enough. Dr. Ben and Kenny are both very knowledgeable and their “bedside manner” is outstanding. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, why, and how it will help. One of the best features is that they don’t overbook/double book so you get one-on-one attention without ever feeling like they’re rushed to get to their next patient. And for those of us that don’t care for talking on the phone, they’re text friendly and you can book your appt online!
I was unhappy with the experience I had with another PT after total knee replacement and wanted to find another option for therapy after shoulder surgery. Movement Redifined has been a life-saving experience for me! Dr. Ben, Danielle and Kenny are all amazing. They treat you with respect and dignity. It is very individualized therapy. They listen and educate, providing top-notch physical therapy. My shoulder replacement was a scary surgery, but I know now that I am in very capable hands. Overall the staff is friendly, professional, and truly invested in helping you feel your best. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and always running on time.
