Good stay wasn’t crazy about location
Good stay in NYC. Air conditioning was great, food option in lobby were nice.
Loved our stay at the Moxy Downtown NYC, the great thing about Moxy is you know what you’re getting and it never lets you down

Great stay, straightforward process
We arrived to check and got a corner room that was missing a few things that we got when we previously stayed. We wanted a king bed with city view because of height issue but the front desk was convinced we had a king bed but we got a queen bed. Front desk did not show any care to want to help us. We were stuck with a room that I paid more for. This was my second time staying there and I’m now turned off and will not return. Please give people the room they paid for.
