Great location pictures from booking were spot on. Room is small but in line with what you would anticipate in NYC.
As soon as a walked in I was greeted with smiles and helpful staff. Britney was super friendly and attentive. I was given a thorough explanation of my fees and nearby locations for transportation and restaurants. As soon as i opened my room i was greeted by an amazing view. Recreation also had great food options in case you were needing a bite to eat before exploring downtown Manhattan. I cant wait to come back!
beautiful hotel with beautiful views of the city. smoke alarm went off in my room and the sound was deafening, hotel staff gave me refund on destination fee and tokens for free drinks and breakfast to make up for it.
The rooms were the perfect size and very aesthetically pleasing. In addition, I really enjoyed the Recreation located on the 3rd floor. It had small bites, drinks, games, and a lime DJ. The staff were super helpful and very friendly.
