I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Mike over the last few months. From start to finish he has been personable, kind, professional and organised (which always gets a double tick!). A discerningly different estate agent. Yes, that's correct. From the first consultation through all the trials, tribulations and vagaries of selling a non traditional build bungalow, Mike was realistic, honest and completely supportive. Always available to provide advice and guidance to us even when in another part of the world, and when we encountered issues Mike was there to get us out of the fix. Mike has gone above and beyond our expectations and provided excellent service throughout selling our house. He was there when we needed a vent no matter what time or day that might be because things got too stressful, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was kind, emphatic and forever understanding. No doubt without him we would have long abandoned the idea of moving but in the end we got there. We are very grateful for him and happy that we chose him. Would definitely recommend.

After two failed attempts at moving this year with woeful estate agent help, we are soooo glad we were buying with Mike and the Mr & Mrs Clarke service. His approach to estate agency is unlike any other, sending WhatsApp messages at 10pm is all part of the service, instant responses and even arranging supplier appointments at the future house. Cannot recommend enough!!
