We had a great experience at Murfreesboro Hyundai. Our sales guys Jack and Kris were awesome and Jerry in finance was very knowledgeable. I had originally bought one Santa Fe but wanted a different model and they made the process so easy for us. A big shoutout to the management for running a great business. We would recommend to Family and Friends.
My husband bought his car here about a year ago. He had the help of Taylor and Alex who were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure we were well taken care of and able to walk out with keys in hand. We also appreciated the kindness and hospitality of everyone during our car buying experience. JV, the general sales manager, is the reason why you hear horror stories about scummy car salesmen. Troy was our salesperson and was very kind, he called regularly but was not annoying or pushy. Simply checking in and updating to see what they could do to earn our business. We did a lot of research, as most do, and JV offered to give us a 0% loan for 60 months on our new car. We are very disappointed with the service after the sale. They promised us the world and all the services that we would have. We were looking for a new car so we contacted them. They called us 3 times a day tried to make a sale. We did purchase the car. It had only 11 miles when we bought it. We realized that the brake light that we paid extra for it not working. I've only had extremely pleasant and positive experiences with using the charging point at this car lot. Always kind and considerate. The change point is available 24/7. Super fast for my EV. Highly recommend.
