Eric is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process. I have tried to refinance in the past and the process was cold, disconnected feeling. Eric was great to talk to. He always answered my calls or texts. I had never refinanced before and Eric took the time to explain all the steps and scenarios. I had a lot of questions!
