Mark stayed on top of most of the things heading towards closing. He and I talked about the one issue I had, and he resolved it immediately. Marks a smart guy; I don't believe that issue will come up again. I've bought allot of houses in my life. More than most. With regulations always changing, no closing has ever been the same. I don't like surprises, so it's prudent to keep me (your clients) informed as to where we are in the closing and what's coming next.

Mark Brown helped every step of the way. When I initially applied with a refinance inquiry he walked me thru every step and didn't flinch when i told him after all the work on that loan that I was actually going to take out a new loan for a mortgage instead. He was nice enough to text and ask for appt rather than harass me with phone calls. He was always available (even when he was on vacation) and got my loan set up and delivered with no hiccups. I would strongly recommend & use again.
