There were to many miss steps associated with the refinance. We were really upset with the appraisal being late and the values received. This was the second time we had issues with appraised values especially when compared with Zillow. This was very disappointing and it cost us a lot of money.

I refinanced my apartment with a promise to close a HELOC which was the reason why I had called him in the first place. He offered a refinance with a heloc at the same time. I closed the refi 7/27/20 and no Heloc. I've called numerous times with no satisfaction and no heloc. His superiors, Chuck Easter & Mike Keldaugh leave a lot to be desired. I've left multiple messages and they have not returned any of my calls. A piece of advise, don't use Eric Moss nor the company that he represents.

Eric was nice and easy to deal with. If Eric were to leave this company I would recommend him. I would never recommend his company and will tell everyone I can about the terrible experience I had with Mutual of Omaha!!

Through out the whole loan process mark could never give an accurate cash out amount and would always include the months of missed payment as cash in hand which in my opinion a little deceptive,not impressed
