Brandyn was very easy to work with . He was with us every step of the way, from the initial application through the closing. Whenever we called or emailed he responded quickly and answered every question and made us aware of where we were at during the entire process. Personal situation that I had to do this to survive so nothing to do with Mutual of Omaha assuming my payoffs are made on the next business day 2/3/25. Austin was superb in understanding my needs and guiding me through the first step of our plan.
