My Flooring America did an exceptional job. In two of our business offices we had an issue with water coming up thru the concrete and causing the carpet to mildew. My Flooring America did a great job matching the carpet that is 7 years old. The installers were very polite, professional, and explained the process all the way. They moved heavy furniture, sealed the concrete, laid new carpet, and moved furniture back. Even asking if we wanted to make any changes where the furniture was to go. I wanted to replace my tile in my kitchen. I went to a "Big Box" store & they gave me an estimate based on the measurements I gave them ( I have a fairly small kitchen.) They quoted me price then had to have someone come to measure. No one called me for several weeks. So when I went to the store and the price was going to be 3x what I was quoted!! I was fed up!
