My experience with My New Floors Inc was excellent. We have an older home with the majority being wood floors (combination of oak and maple). The floors were discolored, scratched and the finish off in a few of the rooms. My New Floors were timely with the estimate and gave us options on timing of project, how to complete stairwell, and of course color. We recently worked with My New Floors Inc. to install a beautiful hardwood floor in our kitchen. I am happy to share that our experience was wonderful! We were treated respectfully and professionally start to finish. The staff listened to our needs and helped to select a suitable choice for our space. Mike, our sales guy, coordinated our project. I am so happy with my experience with My New Floors Inc! Their team was quick to respond to my urgent need for new flooring in a home I had just closed on. Their showroom was full of so many great options. Tom was invaluable in helping us understand the process, our material options, and a timeline that fit our urgency. We worked with Tom & Mike to get carpeting throughout our house. They were highly professional and informative which made the process go very smoothly. The contractors did an excellent job with installation. My new floors really made us feel important rather than a number on the bottom line. Would highly recommend
My New Floors is a very good company to work with. They I stalled a nice vinyl plank in two of our rooms. There were a couple hiccups, but nothing that wasn't made 100% right in a timely fashion. The installers were nice, knowledgeable and good to work with too. We will be using them again in spring to refinish our hardwood floors in the remailing first floor area.
