My experience with My New Floors Inc was excellent. We have an older home with the majority being wood floors (combination of oak and maple). The floors were discolored, scratched and the finish off in a few of the rooms. My New Floors were timely with the estimate and gave us options on timing of project, how to complete stairwell, and of course color. We recently worked with My New Floors Inc. to install a beautiful hardwood floor in our kitchen. I am happy to share that our experience was wonderful! We were treated respectfully and professionally start to finish. The staff listened to our needs and helped to select a suitable choice for our space. Mike, our sales guy, coordinated our project. We recently had 3 rooms of hardwood floors refinished by staff, Chris and Zak. First off, the outcome is so beautiful. Floors look brand new and gorgeous. The best! The workmanship is truthfully exceptional craftsmanship. Chris and Zak were timely, efficient, communicative, and very tidy. Also, we would like to give a hats off to Tom, My New Floors, rep. He was extremely informative and helpful……he routinely remained in phone contact throughout the process. The whole process was truly a 5 STAR experience.
I would definitely recommend My New Floors Inc. Mike is absolutely wonderful to work with - he is super knowledgeable and cares deeply about his customers. My New Floors is a very good company to work with. They I stalled a nice vinyl plank in two of our rooms. There were a couple hiccups, but nothing that wasn't made 100% right in a timely fashion. The installers were nice, knowledgeable and good to work with too. We will be using them again in spring to refinish our hardwood floors in the remailing first floor area.
