My experience with My New Floors Inc was excellent. We have an older home with the majority being wood floors (combination of oak and maple). The floors were discolored, scratched and the finish off in a few of the rooms. My New Floors were timely with the estimate and gave us options on timing of project, how to complete stairwell, and of course color. We recently worked with My New Floors Inc. to install a beautiful hardwood floor in our kitchen. I am happy to share that our experience was wonderful! We were treated respectfully and professionally start to finish. The staff listened to our needs and helped to select a suitable choice for our space. Mike, our sales guy, coordinated our project. My New Floors is a very good company to work with. They I stalled a nice vinyl plank in two of our rooms. There were a couple hiccups, but nothing that wasn't made 100% right in a timely fashion. The installers were nice, knowledgeable and good to work with too. We will be using them again in spring to refinish our hardwood floors in the remailing first floor area.
We had been looking for new flooring on and off for a couple of years before we found My New Floors Inc. Our experience from beginning to end was great! Max was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, polite and patient and had no problem answering our many questions. The team of installers, Frank, Jeremy and James, were perfectionists and very considerate of us and our home.
