My experience with My New Floors Inc was excellent. We have an older home with the majority being wood floors (combination of oak and maple). The floors were discolored, scratched and the finish off in a few of the rooms. My New Floors were timely with the estimate and gave us options on timing of project, how to complete stairwell, and of course color. Tom and his crew did an amazing job on my floors. Almost went with Home Depot but after doing research decided to go with a local company. Extremely happy with that decision. The floors are rock solid without any creaking and the finishing touches with the molding/etc are perfect. They removed carpet/prepped floor/laid flooring in basically one day for around 1,000 square feet. Was shocked at the speed and quality of the work. I don't know the names of the crew who did the work but I'd recommend requesting them.

My New Floors is a very good company to work with. They I stalled a nice vinyl plank in two of our rooms. There were a couple hiccups, but nothing that wasn't made 100% right in a timely fashion. The installers were nice, knowledgeable and good to work with too. We will be using them again in spring to refinish our hardwood floors in the remaining first floor area.

We recently worked with My New Floors Inc. to install a beautiful hardwood floor in our kitchen. I am happy to share that our experience was wonderful! We were treated respectfully and professionally start to finish. The staff listened to our needs and helped to select a suitable choice for our space. Mike, our sales guy, coordinated our project. I would definitely recommend My New Floors Inc. Mike is absolutely wonderful to work with - he is super knowledgeable and cares deeply about his customers. Whenever I called, he instantly remembered me/our project and was so patient in answering any and all of our questions. The prices were competitive and he helped detail out everything in the quote.
