In store or on the phone they are the un-friendliest bunch of people. I have been there a few times and it's the same deal each time. Asking for help getting something seems to be a real inconvenience to whoever you talk to. Most likely my last trip there. With Lowes and Home Depot in their back yard one would think their customer service would be a little better.
Rude and unhelpful. They have 1 employee who will help but he isn’t always there, the rest just stare at you when you walk in and won’t help. Terrible customer service

Outstanding service at this business. Sales personnel were friendly and assisted with information on products. Special thanks to Vinny in lumber yard for assistance in product selection, order preparation, and loading. Support your local lumber business for greater selection, and service not found in big box stores.
Went into store the man that waited on us not pleasant at all. They gave a box that had been open and taped shut. Got it home and opened the pieces where broke. So returned and the same man waited on me. Never said can I help you. Went and got me a new box never said I'm sorry or actually did not say one word to me. Customer service tbat day was awful.
