In store or on the phone they are the un-friendliest bunch of people. I have been there a few times and it's the same deal each time. Asking for help getting something seems to be a real inconvenience to whoever you talk to. Most likely my last trip there. With Lowes and Home Depot in their back yard one would think their customer service would be a little better.

Outstanding service at this business. Sales personnel were friendly and assisted with information on products. Special thanks to Vinny in lumber yard for assistance in product selection, order preparation, and loading. Support your local lumber business for greater selection, and service not found in big box stores.

Great change with new ownership. Previously had bad experiences under old ownership but was just in last week and service was fantastic! Great job!
