Easily once of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was always super friendly and helpful, rooms and property were clean, amenities were great. Breakfast was really nice as well. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mystic.
Room was very nice. Beds were good. Staff friendly. Did ask for house keeping to change trash and new towels, but they did not come. But pool was nice but not to warm. Would stay again.
Manager of the property was amazing. Very accommodating. Whirlpool and spa were closed.
The newly renovated rooms felt very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was unbelievably crowded and could use a reservation schedule or head count/timed use.
Would still recommend, just read the reviews first The hotel was great, clean and comfortable, but the thin walls made it so we didn’t get much sleep. The family in the room next to us at just a talking level was loud enough to keep us up. And we aren’t light sleepers. Heard every word loud and clear. Something should be done about that for a “4” star hotel.

Fun weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and set up well with close proximity to any local attractions.
