The property, the restaurant, the bar, all were spacious— all to work before and during Covid protocols…
I found this hotel lacking in the level of service I have come to expect from a Marriott. Things like after housekeeping came they left the door open so we came back to our door ajar. Thankfully nothing was stolen. The staff wasn’t proactive and didn’t follow up. For instance the in room mini fridge was set so high it froze our food. There was no obvious dial. It is a nice property, really huge but not really near downtown, the ocean. Kind of confused as to why there is such a huge property when the location isn't really that great.
No bell help when we got there, but he was very helpful when we were leaving
