Loved the modern open concept lobby/bar area. Didn’t use the spa, but thought it was a great amenity. Service and staff were pleasant. Didn’t like the lack of coffee availability at 4 PM and the room was freezing. We adjusted the thermostat to a reasonable temp, but not pleased that they would set it at 65 and use that much energy for no reason. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and quite.
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Hours were limited on the pool, bar and restaurant due to Covid. The hot tub was not in working order. My room had no place to hang wet bathing suits which was a bummer. Over all it was a nice hotel but a little over priced in my opinion.
Nice room, hotel relatively convenient to Mystic and Submarine Museum.
Good stay Nice & friendly staff (Jayson at front desk especially courteous). Clean rooms, clean gym, pool area was clean but people using the facility were not cleaning up after themselves. Area was 12 minutes from Mystic downtown.
