We stayed here over night for my sons birthday, and because it was in Mystic and we loved it. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the pool area was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
Very pleased with the condition of the room and it's cleanliness. Great hotel. Only complaint is there was nowhere comfortable to sit. Two hard chairs and no couch.
Nice location, quiet, nice setting across from a reservoir. And convenient to area attractions.
The room was clean and comfortable. Very noisy unfortunately with kids constantly running in the hallways. It was a holiday weekend and super crowded for CoVID times - it felt a bit uncomfortable to be in the public areas. They hotel should have had more staff available knowing they were fully booked. We could not get room service and there was no one to check us out.
We love the hotel. Very clean and they have social distance policies within the area. Very pleasant staff. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly . Would definitely go back with the kids again. Thanks for making our weekend trip so fun!
