We had a really wonderful experience with Naffco in Tampa, FL and especially with our sales person, Erika Anderson. I was not sure about my choices of the Wood we were choosing but Erika guided us thru the process and we love our new floors! The team who came to our condo were really good! They kept us informed every step of the way and abided by the condo rules as well. We loved the Naffco Experience and highly recommend this company to others!
Erika was especially helpful and efficient in setting up my installation of wood flooring upstairs and on the stairs, matching the Naffco install of my downstairs flooring completed several years ago. The quality of the wood and the installation by their team are outstanding. Although I selected a runner for the stairs for safety purposes only, preferring the bare wood, Erika was able to steer me to a pet friendly and extremely attractive carpet that enhanced the wood appearance. We had super awesome service from Erika. We had carpet replaced at our home and the entire process from Carpet Selection to Carpet Install was flawless. As you would expect we had questions and concerns along the way and Erika was always a phone call away. We knew that if we called her --we would find someone who would listen, empathize and solve the issue. Would recommend Erika and Naffco any time for what they have to offer.

I had great service from Erika selecting tile for my bath and kitchen. Delivery and installation was relatively fast and the installers did a great job. Naffco is definitely the go-to-place for flooring, and kitchens with good service and selections.
From the moment we walked in the door, Erika was there to assist us. She was amazingly quick, attentive, and efficient. Having been to several others stores looking for tile, Erika's customer service was a breath of fresh air. Not to mention, she was always very quick to respond every time I contacted her. We got our order submitted with a very quick turnaround. Thank you Erika for making our experience so wonderful, we will definitely go back to Naffco for our next home improvement project!
Erika was the most efficient, high energy, flooring salesperson I met. And I met 3 different folks. They were all super nice, but I felt like she gave us the best opinion on wood manufacturers and quality (even though I am no expert), it all sorta added up. She got us a great deal and worked hard to close the sale, and she got us there. Looking forward to seeing the product installed.
Erika and the Naffco team did a wonderful job when we replaced carpet with hardwood floors in 2 rooms and put new carpet in 2 additional bedrooms. Our house had hardwood floors that were put in in 2014 and the exact product was no longer available. However Erika assisted in finding a near identical match and the difference is not noticeable with the transition strips that were utilized.
