Would have given 5-stars except the carpet crew did not vacuum and leave the carpet ready to show. Erika is incredible as you have heard in countless other reviews. It is true her energy is contagious and knowledge of the marketable trends for houses are right now is spot on. Just installed shutters throughout our home and they look INCREDIBLE. Erika was a pleasure to work with and helped us get our order placed and even changed at the last minute. Shutter quality is top notch, installation was flawless, quick, and beautifully done. We love them so much, we’re doing 8 more windows!

Erika knows what works and what does not when putting together your specific project. She understands how to help you achieve the look you are envisioning as she knows her products. She is able to show you different price points as well. When I received my tile, there were a few broken pieces. She was on it. New boxes were on their way the next day! Thanks. Thanks to Erika in South Tampa for helping us choose all the flooring , shower, and wall tiles. She understood the look I was hoping to achieve, and went the extra mile in ordering everything in a timely way. We’re under construction now, and looking forward to having a newly remodeled master bath!

Ericka was a pleasure to work with for her design expertise. Allowed my wife and I to quickly decide our flooring to closing match the flooring in our new-to-us home. The install team was very professional and courteous with the work that was performed. Arrived on time and finished on time. Very important these days. Overall excellent experience working with NAFFCO and their team.

I am so excited to be getting custom shutters from Naffco. Erika is always so helpful and easy to work with. Since she is a professional designer, i trust her opinions on product selection and styles. I also LOVE my new luxury vinyl plank floors.
