Unreliable. After scheduling a full house carpet cleaning over a week in advance, I was called the morning of the cleaning and told that they would not be able to clean my carpets that day. My husband and I had spent quite a bit of time moving all the furniture off the carpet and the house was not livable for any length of time because of it. First-class services – I've never had a company come and make me believe that they really wanted my home to be clean. Nampa Floors made sure that I knew they would do everything they would do in their own home. My carpets and upholstery look like new. That's why when I have a home cleaning problem I ALWAYS call them.

Boise Carpet Cleaning – Nampa Floors did an excellent job on our carpets. I haven't used a professional carpet cleaning service ever since we moved to our house in Boise because I thought cleaning the carpet by myself was good enough for us, but there was a big difference between how I cleaned the carpets and they did. Now the carpet looks brand new, and I'm thinking of using their upholstery cleaning service to clean an old sofa I have.
