RecommendedI had to bring my Baby Boulder here for a heart murmur. They had some hard news to give me and gave a referral to bring him to the university for surgery. Unfortunately the outcome was not what we had hoped for but today when I got the mail not only did they send me a card but they had very sweet hand written notes from the staff as well as pictures they had taken while he was there. Had to take Lucy in to the cardiologist at Nashville Veterinary Specialist and Animal Emergency to check her valve. She does have a “backwash “ but not bad enough to be on medication. The Doctor and staff were very sweet and professional. If you need a specialist or have an emergency I would recommend Nashville Veterinary Specialist and Animal Emergency.

Our dog Hudson(Huddy Buddy) was referred to this hospital by Mayfield Veterinarian Clinic in Mayfield KY. Huddy had an injury to his neck on a Saturday and tried the pain meds and time until Tuesday the was recommended if we wanted him to be better needed to see Nashville Veterinary Specialist and Animal Emergency. So we packed him up ASAP on Tuesday afternoon when not showing improvement. He was barely able to walk and really not walking correctly just getting around.
