It is a small store, but it has large selection and a big name:). Its business model is like Valuecity that it buy closeouts from somewhere...
They do not stand behind their work,,,,our carpet is nice but was not installed properly, the seem raveled when we swept,,,it is our problem according to the manager! They say it is our sweeper, but did not come out and look,,,will charge hundreds to repair , have gotten other opinions,,,all say it was installed wrong! On e you pay them ,,,all problems are yours!

We have had many problems with the store in Wooster. Many unreturned phone calls about faulty flooring. Manufacturer refunded the Carpet Mill but we have not yet received our refund for the faulty flooring. We have been told lies about the person in charge being out of the office so that he wouldn't have to deal with us. We have called multiple times and the 'office people' seem to never be in...
