I had my floors done in march 2022, I should of known from the beginning when they immediately took 2k off the quote they gave me if i committed that day. anyway, they came right on time and were actually pretty quick about the installation the floor wasn't the problem. Zero star rating !! I am a seasoned admin. professional that has renovated our entire office space. NFD will not come or quote on a job unless the boss calls to make an appt. Never heard of this ! We are considered an essential business and the bosses are busy doing essential work. I have always done the legwork by presenting quotes and recommending using the Company based on the meeting with the sales rep. They could actually quote higher and I would still push to use that Company. Just heard the commercial this morn... read more
