Barbara is wonderful and has been very helpful to us replacing flooring in two different houses in the last 2 years—Finding us quality flooring (carpet and engineered hardwood) that looks the way we want and for a good price, and available quickly. Rude, disrespectful, racist staff. Walked in with my dad to pick up some flooring for a lady we’re working for from what we know she’s a very loyal and friendly customer of theirs and they know each other. We walked in and they didn’t even acknowledge us or care to ask how they could help us it wasn’t until I walked up closer to the desk and said “hello we came to pick up some flooring today” they looked and my dad and I up and down and spoke to us as if we were dumb and kept talking between themselves that is how how you tr... read more
Scott helped us pick out some good quality carpet to replace the basic carpet we had. The carpet came in on schedule. It was just installed by All About Floors. The three-man crew worked quickly, and they finished about noon both days. That gave us some time to move all of the furniture!
