Neetu is an expert in her domain and helped me navigate smoothly through the various stages of the mortgage approval process. She is very responsive, thourough and clearly communicates the expectations/outcomes of every phase of the process. She puts her clients' interests first. During my mortgage approval process, we were held up because of IRS taking too long to send the tax transcripts and Neetu deligently worked on alternate solutions in the background and made sure the loan was approved & closed a couple of days ahead of the schedule. I highly recommend Neetu for anyone's mortgage needs.
