The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not busy at all. Maybe only 4 or 5 tables. Maybe the prices kept people away. Good food but a bit expensive for the quality and quantity of food.

Unfortunately the restaurant was completely over booked and the service was incredibly slow. Our poor waitress was super behind as well as the kitchen. Took over an hour to get our food after ordering.

Disappointed in the recent changes to the menu and vibes making it more Americanized and less authentic Italian that made us really love it.
The patio doors were open for the Negroni event & the restaurant was incredibly HUMID. Fortunately, the business meeting was among good colleagues, but had this been any other business meeting, it would have been very embarrassing. We were all trying to discretely mop the sweat from ourselves throughout the meal. The Service was poor. There appeared to be only one wait staff. The time between the appetizers and meal was extremely long. One meal was great, but the other, the chicken, was tough and dry. We will not be returning.
Nesso was a huge disappointment with slow service and poor food. I had my family there and two people had to leave prior to meal being over because it took way too long to order, get food and get bill. My salmon was raw and inedible with the waitress clueless since she never checked back. I normally like Cunningham restaurants. But this one is a big disappointment and I will never go back
We were celebrating a birthday for our adult son and his family. We were disappointed that there was no children's menu but there was spaghetti so we thought that would be okay. It was covered in lemon oil and of course the kids wouldn't eat it. So many of the dishes were coated with lemon! Then the dessert selection wasn't very good. I understand having Italian desserts but you should ALWAYS offer chocolate cake or ice cream or cheesecake. This place was a huge disappointment. The food had absolutely no flavor- had to ask for salt which I've never done in a nice restaurant.
