The service was terrible. First I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. After me, the doctor’s office, and a representative from the VA called, I was finally able to schedule an appointment. When I got to the appointment I had to wait an hour to be seen, with a full bladder which was uncomfortable to say the least. When I called to schedule my follow up (I figured I’ll give them mother chance), I was told that I cancelled my follow up, which I didn’t. Doctors and ultrasound technicians genetic counselors all throughout care within this practice everyone that works for this practice is excellent. I appreciated each and every person that was taking care of me today Dr. Gold is a sweetheart even the ultrasound tech was very sweet and compassionate. You don’t normally get that at other places. Don’t recommend if you’re high risk do research to find a specialist. I had no choice to go here last few weeks of pregnancy Dr decided I needed insulin to control my gestational diabetes. It needed to happen quick. The experience as a patient almost felt like they were moving cattle. You’re just a number , next!! ( they prescribed insulin, I never used it before in my life so I asked how I should administer it and the nurse was annoyed that she would have to show me what she felt was “such an easy thing” she said you’ll nee... read more
Dr. Gold was amazing. She was very thorough in her examination and took her time to explain everything she saw on the ultrasound. She also answered my questions I had regarding follow-up care and other specific questions about my pregnancy and I didn’t feel rushed. Instead of rushing out of the office, she sat there and allowed me a moment to think of any further questions. I felt very comfortable and confident when leaving my appointment. She also made sure she was able to see ALL the anatomy of my baby before I left.
I’ve spoke to the same rep serval times and she was EXTREMELY rude. Answering the phone laughing was unprofessional number 1. Getting other reps who were immediately putting me on hold after I was hung up on from the first. They’ve made it soo hard just to set an appointment for me. It took me speaking with a “manager” Georgine who informed me will call me back to set an an appointment.
