Adrian and Ryan were on time each day. They took extra care to level the floor. Flooring and trim are installed just right. The price is very fair.
Super positive experience. Cathy was great! She took the time to walk me through my tile options and even suggested some options online and in books that they didn't have samples of. I also like that they let you take the samples home unlike places like “Floor and Decor” which makes you pay for it. Cathy was very attentive and ordered everything 100% accurate and all while having a smile on her face and a great attitude. If your looking for a personal 1:1 experience this is your place!
We can't recommend this place more highly. We thought we were getting a good price from our local big box but the independent installer raked us so badly we bailed. Enter New Look. Great selection. Exceptional customer service. Over the top installers. You'd be foolish not to give them a try.
Overall great experience! Colleen was especially helpful and patient with me in choosing our new bedroom carpeting. The installation went well and it looks wonderful! I have happy bare feet on my new carpet! Thanks so much!
I can’t begin to say what a great experience working with this company was ... I bought luxury vinyl planking for my entire home ... as well as carpet for my stairs ... Kathy is absolutely great to work with ( everyone was ) everything went perfectly smooth ... highly recommend Thanks NEW LOOK FLOORING!!! You guys are the best !!!!
