Front staff was welcoming and told me what I needed to know to get me started. I filled out my forms and was placed in a room quickly where I met Dr. Haydée Brown. She introduced herself and listened to my full explanation about what happened. She explained everything to me with ease and clarity to the point where even a child can understand it. Super polite and would highly recommend.
This was my first visit with New York Bone and Joint Specialists, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. The staff was organized and professional, and the doctor took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, prior surgeries, and current symptoms. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. It made a stressful situation much easier. I would absolutely recommend this office.
The women at the front desk go out of their way to be helpful with rescheduling, handling receipts, and co-pays. They are also very friendly, knowledgeable, and they smile a lot Which is very comforting. My pain management/backdoctor is Dr. Nik Gupta. He has been helping me through sciatica for the last three years. We work very well together and I trust him completely. He is the best! I feel very well taken care of at New York Bone & Joint Specialists.

Simply great service. Adrianne and Jesse helped me immensely. They figured out that my Medicare/Blue Shield would indeed cover me for a cortisone injection. I am traveling on a ship and in NY for one morning. They listened to my challenge and were so very helpful. Dr. Martin was simply awesome. He confirmed my tennis elbow self-diagnosis and did the ultrasound injection immediately. I am so thankful for the service and kindness I received.
