This program is amazing, and works as long as you stay true and follow it. I have lost 40 lbs in 3 months and feel amazing. The staff is very supportive and the educational videos are very helpful to understanding the process for change and success for the future.

The program is a bit expensive, but you are probably spending that much on groceries and dining out anyway. Plus YOU are worth it.

The only negative I have to say is that sometimes they are out of the foods you want to order, that can be tough as I have a lot of food allergies and also meal plan for the next week. That could be resolved simply by taking orders ahead of time for those that want what they need.

All in all great program, great staff, best plan I have ever tried. It changes the way you feel about food and encourages better decisions when preparing food! I have not been hungry at anytime during this program.😀

Highly recommend. Just finished my first week and already list 15 lbs. I feel encouraged and confident that this is a sustainable program. Tina has been very helpful and encouraging. This far I'm very pleased. more »

One of the best moves that I ever made was to start the New York Weight Loss program. The food tastes great, the counselors are truly professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, and friendly. I feel better and look better. I have recommended the program to friends and coworkers. I don't think that there is a better weight loss program.

I lost 37lbs in 17 weeks and I feel great. It was easy to stick to, and I never felt hungry. I have had success with other programs in the past, but feel different this time. I have noticed that my muscle is still there and won't be a problem as I head to maintaining my weight. One big change is my feet. I am very active as a mother of 4. I teach second grade, waitress and operate a small farm. My feet are no longer aching after a long week. more »

New York Weight Loss' Ideal Protein is an effective way to lose weight quickly and keep it off. I lost nearly 60lbs in 6 months my first time around! I had a baby a few months ago and I'm back on Ideal Protein to shed that baby weight because I know it works. The Ideal Protein food is good. Tina, the coach at New York Weight Loss, is friendly, knowledgable and makes you feel comfortable during each appointment. Ideal Protein was a life changing for me. An amazing experience and journey 17 pounds in 3 weeks. This the best program I have ever tried, the results are fast and life changing. The protocol is simple, there are many food options and it tastes great. My energy is at a high and I have never felt better. I love the continued support that is not found in other programs the accountability and results is motivation in itself. This program is independent from working out, which is a huge perk for a busy working mom like myself. No doubt this program is weight loss simplified and my last diet!!! more »

I am a beginner at this and have found this to be very easy to follow from the get go. So far I feel very healthy and satisfied and Tina is extremely supportive. I am confident I can achieve my goal and continue good habits after to maintain being healthy and fit. more »

I have learned so much from Tina. I now feel like for the first time in my life I am in control of my body and I make the decisions about how I look but more importantly how I feel! I was 251 lbs when I started and lost 68 lbs my first round. I took off for the holidays and indulged. I went 13 weeks without gaining a single lb. Even though I wasn't actively part of the program, Tina still met with me and we talked about my choices and how to handle situations. I have come back now and back at it to reach my ultimate goal! I felt like crap for those weeks I was off it and now that I'm back at it, I feel amazing! I am doing this for me! To be the best me I can be! more »

I was weary when beginning this weight loss program, but it definitely works! You have to have discipline to follow the protocol but if you do you will be nothing but amazed with your results!! more »

This diet works and works quickly. It is restrictive and a little pricey, but if you're goal is to loose those unwanted pounds I would recommend this diet. more »

Are you kidding me - 11.2 lbs and 7.5" in one week - crazy good!!! It would take me 3-4 weeks to lose this much on weight watchers. This is great! Yes it's not a piece of cake for a few days while you are getting used to it and your body is changing but that doesn't last.

There are plenty of food choices. You may not like them all but you will definitely find a lot that you do like. Getting used to 4 cups of Vegetables also takes some getting used to. It took me a full week to get my vegetable choices set. I recommend spending time getting your vegetable recipes / salad choices set and plan out your week in advance - it will really help and save you a lot of time. I also have been having fun looking for new recepies.

After the first 4 days I started to feel better and began getting more energy. By day 7 there is a clear improvement - feel better, thinking clearer and more energy.

A big bonus - coach Tina is great. Very knowledgable, encouraging and full of positive energy. She keeps you pumped to meet your goals!

I've tried lots of the lose 1-2 lbs per week diets and I did fine for 2-3 months but being more than 50 lbs overweight I always got tired of the program

I weight 250 lbs and used to eating maybe 3500 calories per day so I definitely thought I would be hungry - but I wasn't!!

I had friends that had great success with this program and was very happy with the results. I have now been doing this diet for 22 weeks and am 1 lbs from my goal. I have found the program to be easy to follow. I really like the coaching and the support videos that they send you each week. The videos reinforce the basic concepts of the diet and they give you the science behind it which helps to adhere to the diet when you are tempted to cheat. more »

I never thought I could do this but after the first week it got easier and I'm now down 15 pounds. Tina is awesome and really helps you through. This program really teaches you how to eat healthy and change bad habits. I highly recommend this program more »

This is a healthy way to very quickly lose weight. I feel phenomenal! I had concerns with diabetes and I know those concerns are now nothing to worry about. I've lost unhealthy weight and have learned where changes needed to be made in my eating habits. 16 lbs in 7 weeks and over 20 inches lost!!
