We just had our whole 1st floor done with vinyl flooring. Our crew and I have to give a shout out by name Ferdy, Jose, Milto, and Esbin were the best. They had to rip up carpet and put down plywood in 2 rooms and make the level with the rest of the rooms floor. I thought there was no way they would finish in 2 days. But to my amazment they finished in 1 day. They were professional and knowledgeable and hard workers. Making sure everything was fitted properly. I love my new floors. Thanks guys great work
If I could give 0 stars I would. Neil is nice at first but then became rude and unprofessional after the sale. We agreed to one price for floors and then when they came out we had to pay another $1800 to get the floors leveled. That was not the worst part by far. When they ripped up our hardwood floors there was a huge mess in the basement beneath. Dirt and debris got all over our belongings included our kids toys. Neil said they would take care of it. Had an in home estimate over the weekend and had carpet installed by Monday. Neil was great to work with. Was professional and showed lots of carpet options to choose from. Got a great deal as well, love my new carpet. It’s makes the home feel extra cozy😊.
Neil was very good and helpful. He got us taken care of right away, I had an issue with one of the ladies that answers the telephone but neil took care of that and we had 3 guys come replace our carpet, they did everything from move our furniture to riping the old carpet up and taking it away. They did it really fast and beautifully, very pleased, the only thing I didn't like was the aluminum patrician that separated our new carpet from our old carpet but neil said he'd work with me and see if they can come back and seam the... read more
