From the young lady who handled our reservation, to the sales representative Ryan who brought additional selections to our home, to the first installer crew for our family room, to the team who installed the carpet in our basement and remodeled master bedroom closet, we have nothing but praise for the entire process. All were courteous, informative, professional, and hardworking. And the floors look marvelous!
We worked with Suresh Balakrishan at Next Day. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in making our decision. He made sure we had an excellent experience. The install was great!
I put down a deposit for carpet installation over a month ago, they called me once to let me know they carpet is ready it's been a full month of I can't get anyone to answer a phone call or email since then. Update: I was contacted and given reasonable options to remedy the above situation
