From the young lady who handled our reservation, to the sales representative Ryan who brought additional selections to our home, to the first installer crew for our family room, to the team who installed the carpet in our basement and remodeled master bedroom closet, we have nothing but praise for the entire process. All were courteous, informative, professional, and hardworking. And the floors look marvelous!

Bought laminate flooring a few years ago. After the installer finish installing the floors, he gave me a long list of things not to do otherwise my floor could be destroyed. Even if I wore shoes in the house after walking outside in the rain, the water at the bottom of my shoes could ruin the floors. For years I was an emotional wreck about my floor getting wet as I have received several water warp areas on my floor that I can’t even explain how they got there. Had a great experience with the inital installation and plank flooring product, but after 3 years the floor has started to deteriorate (with zero water or other damages). I've spoken to a few people at this location now, they've reassured me that they would take a look and probably get repairs on my floor. Here I am 4 weeks later still leaving voicemails and trying to get them to fix my floor.
