Marco was totally professional and knowledgeable. He guided me through this entire renovation project. He was always available for questions. He was on time and checked in often. The crew, Samuel, John, and Jose did an excellent job. They completed the job in one day. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your flooring needs
We had a positive experience with Next Day Floors Waltham Woods location. Our first job was Coretec LVT in our bathroom and foyer. Carlos and his Dad also named Carlos were polite and provided quality service. We were very pleased with the results. Our second job was Mohawk EverStrand carpeting for our bedrooms and stairs. The actual work done is good, but Next Day Floors has terrible customer service and communication. First my appointment was scheduled for the wrong day and no one notified me until I reached out the day of what was supposed to be my scheduled appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but then I get a call the morning of the new scheduled appointment and have close to a panic attack when the contract tells me they’re just doing the carpet and not the stairs as I was told.
