From the young lady who handled our reservation, to the sales representative Ryan who brought additional selections to our home, to the first installer crew for our family room, to the team who installed the carpet in our basement and remodeled master bedroom closet, we have nothing but praise for the entire process. All were courteous, informative, professional, and hardworking. And the floors look marvelous!

I put down a deposit for carpet installation over a month ago, they called me once to let me know they carpet is ready it's been a full month of I can't get anyone to answer a phone call or email since then. Update: I was contacted and given reasonable options to remedy the above situation

The team from nexts day floor parkville did a awesome job. Thanks john for all your help through the process. The team that put down the floor was on time. Answered any questions i had and cleaned up behind there selves

Next day floors is the best!!!! Words cannot describe how happy we are with our new floors!!! Installers were fantastic and went above and beyond for our floors to turn out perfect!!! Thank you for your help with picking out the perfect floors to our sales rep Ryan Moiles you are spectacular!!!
