I have been working with Next Step Floors for several years now. In the past the service, quality and communication have be great until now. We have an issue with the grout alongi the baseboards cracking in several places. I contacted the store and sent photos. Shon called me back to discuss. He went on to tell me because it was at baseboards it was a maintenance item because our house moves. ?? And went on to tell me just hire a handy man to fix it. We had a total rebuild at our house. Sabrina was a great help with the selection of my porcelain plank tile throughout our house, the carpeting in the bedrooms, and the ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The showers look amazing! The patterns, colors and grout are totally awesome. There were a few places the install guys missed the mark, but they were quick to resolve the issues.
