We were very pleased with our carpet installation yesterday. The guy who installed it was very nice and did a great job he worked all day to get our stairs carpeted and only took two short breaks sorry I can't remember his name but was pleased with the job. Wanda Walker

We just had Coretec Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring put in my house for 5 days. I have no comment on the flooring yet although it is beautiful. My comment is on my installers, Steve and Jack. They pay careful attention to every detail. Their work is above and beyond. When they ripped up my carpet at my bay window they found the wood was rotted and mildewed. I was very upset. They could have said, get a builder in here to fix it, then call us when its done. But no, they called a builder they knew and he showed up in a half hour a... read more

Carpet was not even stapled down all the way have to way them come back out to fix it I would not go with this company

Ordered two pieces of carpet for my home that had to be a full 12' wide. Paid upfront, and when it came in it was undersized. They refused to give me my money back. Worst customer service ever!
