Nick was amazing, I will be the first to say I ask a LOT of questions and Nick made it a point to make sure all my questions were answered. Every step of the process was made clear and I was never left in the unknown. Excellent communication all the way around.
I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Nick. Nick worked non-stop and very diligently to accomplish a very complicated refinance of an investment property. Even though we ran into a bunch of obstacles which threatened to stop the refi, Nick found creative solutions to get the job done. He lowered my interest rate from a 5.75 to a 3.6 and was always available to chat; even on his days off. I would definitely recommend and use Nick again!
