We have been trying for three weeks to get a carpet in for our enclosed porch. They keep telling my husband it will be in Monday, at call, no carpet. This had went on for almost three weeks, no we can't even get them to call us back to see if it's their. Terrible customer service. We will purchase elsewhere.
My husband and I went into the store and picked out outdoor carpeting and linoleum for the kitchen. He told us he would be at our house Sunday after 3 when he closed up to do measurements...never showed up and never called. I waited 2 days called in Wednesday and he said he will be there that evening after 7 when he closes...never showed up and didn't have the decency to call again!
