1st Oil Change Service - Date 28 February 2015 The service was stellar. I had an appointment for my 1st oil change after purchasing my vehicle last year (5000 miles). I have loved the Nissan Altima I purchased and the service tech asked me if I wanted a free hand car wash. Because it was a hand wash, I readily agreed. The worst experience buying a car ever. Acey the sales manager is a weasel. Unfortunately we are still not done dealing with them cause an accessory they promised to install as part of the purchase price was a cheap aftermarket piece of crap. Not OEM. What kind of a dealer installs non OEM parts on a brand new $45,000 car? We contacted mitsubishi corporate and they literally suggested we get a lawyer and sue them. Wow. Way to back up your dealerships mitsubishi.

Outstanding customer service! I purchased a Pathfinder a week ago and I couldn't have had a better experience! Celso was so awesome. Listened to what I wanted, answered every question and went over the entire vehicle with me so I could see what I was getting. I needed to be out of there by a certain time and Celso and the finance manager made it happen. I was treated so well that I will buy another vehicle from Celso! For the first time I actually had fun buying a vehicle!!

Sometimes the dealer is the cheapest and best 2012 Altima proximity key died. I bought an aftermarket key and needed to have it programmed. The locksmith I usually use could not program the key and suggested the dealer. I automatically thought the dealer would be far more expensive. I was wrong. The dealer was actually cheaper than the locksmith! The customer service rep (Alissa) was very helpful. They got my car in and out in a very reasonable period of time given how busy they were.
