I actually went to mitsubishi which also was Nissan apparently. Reguardless, I talked to Jake on the phone prior to going in to the dealership, he wasn't hassling me or bugging me or calling me every 10 minutes to make sure I was coming. Shouldn't had to pay for warranty problem We said during several visits that our Xterra had a clunking noise many thousands of miles before the 36,000 warranty expired. You finally "discovered" the problem AFTER the warranty expired. Yes you did "split" the labor cost with us, however it shouldn't have ever come to that point in the first place.
