Nissan of Cool Springs has been BY FAR the BEST Nissan dealership I have EVER been to. Aside from the beautiful, well kept facilities, the service outstanding with friendly employees. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

The service was great. I got there 20 minutes before they closed and they still helped me out, and I didn't have to wait long at all. After they took care of my car they drove it through their car wash for me, and gave me a coupon for the next time I go. I definitely recommend taking your car there. They have a very friendly/helpful staff!

I was very pleased with my experience at Nissan. I felt Stew especially looked out for benefit and was precise and quick in finding what I was looking for. I give him an excellent rating because of the above. Rich was very helpful with learning the new vehicle and all of its extras. He went out of his way to explain the new features on the 2011 Murano. I would feel comfortable in going back for questions or concerns. Overall, I was pleased with the sales staff.

Michael was totally professional. We got off to a rough start with the sales manager, but overall, it worked out. I still have a couple of issues with the condition of the car as it was delivered from the dealership in Jackson, TN, but Michael told me that he is addressing those concerns as well.

I've probably purchased 18-20 vehicles in my life and my recent experience purchasing at Nissan of Cool Springs had to be the most pleasant car buying experience yet. The dealership is honest, direct, and has integrity! Ralph went out of his way to make sure he found the exact car I was looking for. Stu went to great lengths to make the deal happen, even though I think it was to my advantage. Danny wrapped everything up by getting me a killer deal on financing. Everyone at Nissan of Cool Springs exceeded my expectations. If you are in the Nashville are and looking for a car or SUV - this is the place to go! If you aren't in the Nashville area, it's worth the trip!
