We experienced excellent customer service and workmanship from Nolt's Floor Covering. From assisting us with selecting samples, to the associates visiting our home to assess the project, to the craftsman who installed the flooring, everything was professional, courteous, and respectful. The craftsman even had to devise a solution on the spot for an unexpected problem, which he did with ease, returning the following day to complete the work. We recommend Nolt's to everyone.
Over the winter we hired Nolt Flooring to do the tiling in our new kitchen. From start to finish the whole process was great and professional. Tim and Lucas were the installers and they did a WONDERFUL job. The tile I picked out was handmade moroccan tile, and it was not easy to work with. But they did the job soo beautifully and so quickly! We were all shocked how fast the project finished. They were also incredibly efficient, we had almost no waste in tiles! Couldn't recommend them more.
Nolt's flooring installed vinyl plank flooring in my entire downstairs living area, they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were very understanding of my needs, professional and knowledgeable. They installed them in a very timely manner, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring.
Replaced all the flooring in my home,the staff at the store were knowledgeable and helpful with what I wanted to do. The quality of product chose was very good and affordable. Their installers were great, friendly and courteous. Work was done as scheduled and I'm glad that I picked this store for my project. Recommend them to anyone.
We recently moved into Ephrata and are lucky enough to be neighbors with Nolt's flooring. We have lived here 4 months and already completed 2 big projects, and are working on 2 more. They are professional, particular, and easy to work with along with a keen attention to detail.
