Well first off she needs to work on her communication skills and listen more. She is not professional about the way she address's things. I was a first time buyer going through a difficult time and this process was very stressful, more than it should of been. I was not receiving direct answers or any answers. I think she should LISTEN more instead of talking over people, she might have a better understanding what the customer wants.

She did not meet expectations. Rhinga were never completed properly. I would do everything asked of me then at the last minute more documenta were needed.

Get all information needed from buyer first so that you don’t go back and forth prolonging the process. Home buying is supposed to be a happy moment not a unpleasant one.
