The quote & sales experience was terrific. Measured and quoted in under 30 minutes. Snuck my install in right before Thanksgiving (which was unexpected but greatly appreciated, considering I was quoted on the Friday before T-giving week at 3PM). Expert installers, had a roughly 400sqft basement/stairs install done within a few hours. I just had some engineered hardwood done by Norman. They worked tirelessly to get the job done in two days. I got a great deal on what I wanted and it looks amazing. They went above and beyond replacing molding and the areas around my staircase Krysten

Been using Norman for our carpet needs for years. Their prices are always the best and they are easy to work with. Had two rooms installed this morning in our son's room and a spare bedroom while he's away at school. Installation was quick and done perfectly and the carpet looks great. Norman always does a great job!!!

Norman carpet installers were quick and friendly. They did a great job installing our new carpets. They showed up early and cleaned up after the install. I would definitely recommend this team!
