Staff took the time to ask some questions in order to understand what my irrigation issue was before selling more parts. They provided some step by step instruction, and the parts I needed, and I had the problem resolved in no time. Called the store to let them know how much I appreciate their customer service. I recommend N-S Supply whenever the subject comes up!

Jack and Rocky are the best. Refreshing to have such amazing customer service. Jack went out of his way to make surer I had exactly what I needed. Not sure what they get paid but they need a raise. I would Recommend North South Supply to everyone thanks to Jack and Rocky.
