I called Northcraft Flooring, LLC, three times. I left a message for Marty as directed and spoke to a person twice for assistance with my flooring that they had installed when my home was built through Inspired Homes. The transition piece on the zero entry shower had come lose and caused water damage under the floor. I was aware that my warranty had expired. My new home will be two years old in June 2023. Baldwin homes uses Northcraft flooring for installation and warranty work. Unresponsive. Rude. Unprofessional. Lack necessary skills. Overall just a horrible experience. I've been trying to get their initial work fixed through the warranty process. Northcraft sends unskilled laborers to "fix" their own problems. Workmanship is shoddy at best. Be WARNED....do not use this company.
