So far so good! Went in for a rough estimate and was surprised at how informative and friendly the owner was. This place came highly recommended from a good friend who is a car fanatic, so I felt pretty confident about going in, but more so after.
Excellent service!! My car was ready in less than the estimated time expected :) and looks pristine, honestly better than before! Jack the owner is warm and friendly. What was a stressful car accident for me turned into a pleasant experience in the end, that I am grateful for. Having said that, I highly recommend this place to anyone, even if you just need an estimate, it is worth going in. They are incredibly honest, love what they do, and do it well! (FYI: They are also known as Northwest Collision, same place).
