As usual Ted fixed the two issues so fast. he always does a great job and he works so fast he’s in and out of the apartment amazingly fast and always does a very very good job. I’m always happy if I have a problem to see that Ted will fix it for me..

Being a tenant here for 19 years I can say without hesitation the maintenance staff is excellent! I had a problem with the hot water and within one hour my problem was addressed and fixed. Wes and his staff are the best!!

As usual Ted did a very good job fixing my door. I am always happy when Ted is available because he is such a great worker and he does the job very fast and very efficient There was another issue with the porch above me.That has to be addressed when Wes has checked it out.

I have rarely needed to call maintenance but when I have, the service has been top notch. Recently called with an issue, response was quick and Ted was in and out within the hour, problem solved. I honestly believed it would take a day. Ted is the best...always pleasant and smiling but more than that, competent and efficient. Kudos. The entire maintenance staff is great.
