we received excellent service! Brian, Eric, Miguel, and Enrique all did an excellent job providing great customer service. They let you know what was going on each step at a time and the car is running great! I definitely recommend going here.

The two guys who helped me were very kind and explained everything that they were doing. The additional offers that they made were reasonable and I ended up getting my engine filter changed by them (it was very dirty so I'm glad he asked). Good value for the service provided, especially as a young person still learning about how to take care of my own car.
I used to go to another car wash in San Jose, so when I moved to the area here and saw there was only one location in the local area that had a monthly subscription and was an automated wash, I figured they probably had a monopoly of the area and did whatever they wanted. Rolling through it, I was happily surprised by this carwash. Originally I had made a one-star review because our experience with Elijah was very strange. However, after calling in and speaking with Peter the manager we were pleased with his professionalism and I am amending this to a three-star review. Thanks for your service, Peter! These guys are great! So friendly (they offered me a drink while I waited in my car) and fast! They always explain everything, aren't pushy and today I came through and they topped off my oil with a quart synthetic. When I went to pay they said, "This one is on us." Seriously. Fantastic service!!
Just had a fantastic experience here. I have never said that of an oil change service before. Service tech Nathan was awesome. 10/10. He handled my service from start to finish. Excellent customer service, engine knowledge, and the service was completed in less than 30min. I was very impressed.
I had to wait for about two hours to get my oil changed. Now, here's the thing... I get that this business model demands a bit of patience but I guarantee it wouldn't be nearly as long if they didn't push fifty stupid and unnecessary services and products to every single driver. And I felt so sorry for the poor people who didn't understand the crap they were pulling and bought into their cons. My turn? "Oh, funny that I need a new air filter.
