Most entertaining OIL CHANGE Ive experienced. The crew are professional, courteous, and very friendly. Though they may try and upsell you, that is their job and it's part of their service. I just really enjoyed listening to them all banter back- and-forth. Great price for the service, even a free car wash. I'll take it!

This is my second time at visiting oil stop drive thru. so far, I've my interaction with the staff has been a positive one. However, it is a little pricey but I would rather pay a little extra for a quick oil change then spend hours waiting at the dealership. Additionally, at check out they give me a free car wash voucher and a $30 dollars off coupon if I bring in another cars within 2 weeks

Absolutely love the convenience that oil stop provides. I was a loyal customer to another company for 10 years but when I moved, the other location was not good, had me waiting over 3-4 hours (with an appointment) and made avoidable mistakes that kept me waiting even longer. I started going to Oilstop. Although the price is pretty hefty, I feel you get what you pay for in the experience. And for me, that means everything!! No appointments required. A couple months ago I decided to get an oil change at oil stop. I usually do all my own maintenance on my vehicles but since I had just moved to Eureka I didn't have any of my tools with me. I made sure they had the right oil for my truck, which they did. I watched everything closely, especially because they said that the price only included 5qts of oil and any additional qts of oil would be $15 each or some whack price. Drive through oil stop in less than 20 min? Free Diet Coke while I wait?? Say less!!! I had been putting off my oil change for a long time because it is always such an ordeal to drop off your car... wait 2-3 hours... and go. This place is such a game changer! I was hesitant to stray away from my normal mechanic but honestly the convenience can not be beat. I went at ~3pm on a Wednesday and was the only one there! The oil change was what you'd expect, an oil change. They're always trying to upsell you on all things liquid. I think the service at this location that I've been going to for years has gone down hill. They used to do so many more inspection points, I think they have halved them. I never had to ask to have the windows cleaned, but had to this time. For a basic oil and filter change plus a $20 add on with a coupon was almost $100. I think that's way too much for the services I received.
