I came in for my oil change. I LOVE THIS PLACE and but something was off what no more Starbucks lol I used to feel at home here; but something has changed My son always goes. With me, everytime he felt the change as well I said yes to everything offered it ended up costing $292. The things wrong are like the car inspection I didn't get it like usual, nor did they call out to one another I actually never saw the mechiac I really wanted my inspection but that didn't happen. on this trip. These guys were amazing! Had me cracking up my whole visit. Best customer service didn't force anything on me which was nice. The value and service I received is definitely why I'm coming back!

This was the first time using this car wash and never again. I paid for the wash for polish and tires. I left with 3/4 of my Jeep clean and the rest just as dirty as when I came in.

New to the area and was looking for an oil change place that was easy to find, had quick service, and were professional...found it! Greeted upon arrival, as all drivers were when I was there and offered a drink while I wait. The guys were professional with interactions with customers and each other. OIL STOP in Ashland Oregon is SABOTAGING WOMEN'S CARS and denying it! If you complain it, they tell you to come into the garage and watch their videos, because they have cameras. They then insist that you APOLOGIZE to them for accusing them of sabotaging your car. Really lousy customer service. The workers are putting nails in tires and slamming the hood down on something so it bends the hood up. DON'T' GO TO OIL STOP! They put a nail in my tire twice and bent my car hood up. They are liars, cheats, and thieves and doing ill... read more

Excellent service. thorough inspection, polite and knowledgeable. Tara, Brian and Enrique, were my crew. I was treated so well, asked about any concerns. I felt I was getting top notch service. I have been using this Oilstop and others in the area for years. Always feel confident that I am going to be treated right. I actually had the management drive all the way out to my home to address a concern that was minor and they were more than happy to take care of my worries. I would go back again with complete confidence.
