Super professional, not pushy with the products, offer you water or soda while you wait, super speedy. Wonder why I haven't been going here now that I know how awesome they are. They have coupons online too that they honor. Great guys and super nice!
Very honest, personnel, never felt being taken advantage by these people! You'll pay for what service you are there for. Can give suggestions but will never enforce. Very accommodating staff!
Came to get an oil change a few weeks ago. Definitely coming back! I drive a Crosstrek and Subaru has played me into spending way more than necessary for services. I so appreciated Edmundo keeping me updated every step along the assessment of my car. I liked being able to see comparisons of my car's fluids to what it should be at. No pressure at all for add ons. I added a few things that I had purposely been avoiding at Subaru and still spent way less. Highly recommend!
I have brought every car I've owned in California to this shop, and will continue to do so. David and the team are knowledgeable, give consistently high levels of service, and have been hard-working each visit. There's usually a coupon available, so great bang for the buck. Will recommend every time. They don't take advantage.
I've been here a few times already and this place is great! It's really convenient for people who want to get a quick oil change and you can wait in the car while it's being done. Everyone that I've talked to is very friendly and they offer beverages while you wait. Prices are listed where you can see it and staff will show you and communicate what they're doing. They also give you recommendations and ask if you want other services done, but you can decline. Overall great service and value and I will be back. Thank you!
came in the other day to get my oil changed and was greeted and informed by a young man named yohan/ johan i believe. he was helpful and informative and had great customer service. the service on my car was great as well but coming in and being giving high quality service and displacement of professionalism from this young man made me really like this place! would come back again ! keep up the great work young man
Not a good experience at all. There were only 2 cars in front of and it took me almost 2 hours to be served and then additional 30 minutes for the service(which is fine). They could tell I was frustrated , they didn't offer any empathy for the super long wait time. I'm sorry but just a horrible experience, who has time to set aside 3 hours for an oil chane
Literally the best and cutest service... they all yell to each other.. the steps that they are doing... they seem to have fun and keep the communication going... just think it's cute... and also.... About my 5th time here... great service and my car seems to like it too....
love getting my oil changed here! it's the only place i go too to get that service done. i love that i don't have to step a foot out the door and all the mechanics are friendly and warm. they even offer you a free beverage as you are waiting to get your oil changed! whole process takes around 30 minutes. yes they do try to upsell with different services, but a simple no is all that's needed and they politely move forward! no hassle with that so don't let the other bad reviews deter you from coming here concerning that issue.... read more
