As soon as I drove in I was greeted by a friendly face and offered a complimentary beverage. They were top notch from start to finish. Quality service and very friendly staff

I came her because of the high reviews but not sure why that they would charge an extra $8 for oil filter , all other places I have been to don't charge this. My car is a Chevrolet not a Porsche lol. You figure $105 for an oil change the oil filter would be included. This is not a good business practice and it's hard to believe this place is that highly rated unless you're excited for the free drink that they offer you . Their service was top tier! Everyone was so helpful, polite and efficient. My Aunt was with me at the time of service and she was blown away herself. You guys definitely have a returning customer and a new one as well. I'm so glad I came.
I've been coming here for a few years now. I love being able to stay in my car as I usually come during my lunch break and eat while I wait. It's a little higher price but you get great service and extra services added on. You are offered add ons but not pressured to do so. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Definitely now my go to place for an oil change.
I've used San Mateo Oil Stop since relocating to San Francisco in 2015 with my employer which was located a few blocks from Oil Stop. Every visit the guys are great, they are kind and thorough and efficient. I've had two different Jeeps that they've serviced for me during this time. Yes there are oil change stores in SF and I use them sometimes but Oil Stop is the best especially the managers and Juan and Augustin who took car of me on 2.25.2024. Maurice
I have been coming to this Oilstop drive thru for oil changes for years for my Toyota 4Runner and my wife's Suburu Outback. I will start with the positives. The service is great and fluids and tire pressure checks are part of the service and that is nice. The negatives is that they will hound you to charge for services you don't need. Whenever I go in, I tell them I'm only interested in the oil change and the free fluids and maintenance that comes with the check.
